I have been working with the amazing Ruby Joy’s Culinary for close to 5 years. Ruby Joy’s is hands down the best caterer in San Miguel de Allende! Her cuisine is off the charts delicious and beautifully executed! Derek, the mixologist, creates incredible and eye popping cocktails that will have you wanting more and more. Ruby Joy’s team is extremely well trained and beyond professional! She has catered my small to large events all to great success!
RubyJoy’s is delicious, wholesome and healthy food for the whole family. I order at least once a week and love their creative specials and delicious choices. The portions are generous and the delivery prompt. I have also hired Ruby to cater private events and she made us the most exquisite cheesecake! We are still talking about that cake to this day.
As usual, Ruby Joy didn’t disappoint for our Thanksgiving event. From start to finish the experience was outstanding. I was a difficult customer in the beginning, not following instructions, and staff helped me along. Delivery was on time, professional, polite, upbeat, friendly, helpful, and highly personalized. Food was delivered well-packaged, hot with further instructions for reheating and serving. Every food item was delicious and a real crowd pleaser. RubyJoy and her most capable staff provided a wonderful birthday party for my husband’s birthday this past week – guests were effusive in their enthusiasm for the “bites” that were passed and the charm of the servers! RubyJoy hasn’t seen the last of us!

RubyJoy catered my wedding reception and welcome party two evenings back to back for 94 people and did an impeccable job! I have been to a lot of weddings in the past few years and the food is rarely memorable. I had so many guests compliment the food, the Palomas, and the service. RubyJoy and her team never missed a beat. When our guests ventured to the roof during the welcome party, her bartenders and waiters shifted their service to the roof, despite that we never discussed that or expected that. Everyone always had food and drink in their hands. I had a vision for an elevated Mexican buffet for the wedding, and RubyJoy understood my vision and brought it to life.
